VILLA MIRANDA RESTAURANT

At Villa Miranda restaurant the receips have been tested for decades. As entrée "antipasto" Miranda offers chicken leaver crouton toasted bread "crostini toscani", pork ham, cold cuts like "salame", "finocchiona" and "soprassata" everything own made. Very famous is the pecorino cheese called marzolino never too much salty. A wide choice of first courses: "ravioli" fresh pasta hand made or “tagliatelle” noodles with spinach and ricotta cheese stuffing in porcini mushrooms, bolognese, black truffle or butter melt sauces. Also Miranda has bread sauces like "pappa al momodoro" and "ribollita". Among the main courses there is the famous beef-steak "bistecca alla fiorentina".
